Shankar Rao, aged 63 years, a retired Government Servant, is from Bengaluru.
He is elder brother of Usha Rao. Inspired by the healing journey of Usha Rao and Jyothish Kumar, Shankar approached me in January 2023 for reversing his multiple diseases.
Shankar weighed 115 Kg, had severe gastric acidity, leg swelling, constipation, BP and weakness. He had one or other of these problems from more than 10 years. He was unable to walk even 100 meters. He also felt breathlessness. Without medicines he was unable to pass motion. For BP, he was taking 1 tablet daily.
Considering his personality, I suggested him diet changes, walking and gave Sanjeevini.
Shankar implemented all the suggestions with complete honesty and descipline.
Shanker was feeling exhausted by walking even 100 meters earlier. He was unable to start walking daily immediately. He started by as much as he can walk daily. Initially he was able to walk just few minutes. Slowly his capacity improved. Shankar is now able to easily walk 4-5 kilometres daily. He never missed walking nowadays.
With every passing day, Shankar lost little bit of weight. As of today, he has lost 32 Kgs totally. His weight reduced from 115 kg to 83 kg. He will continue to lose more weight till his body reaches its perfect weight.
Shankar had gastric and acidity symptoms, multiple times in a week. Whatever food he had, he was getting acidity. He don't have any acidity now. He is able to digest the food properly.
Because of his heavy weight, fat deposits in the body, acidity, Shankar felt breathless, especially on walking short distances or climbing stairs. As all these diseases were corrected naturally, breathing problems also reduced slowly. He is not feeling breathless anymore.
Shankar had swelling in the leg from many years. Heavy weight, reduced movements, accumulation of toxins in the body, weakness of liver leads to swelling in the legs. Shankar's leg swelling reduced gradually and healed.
Shankar was hypertensive from more than 10 years. He was taking one tablet daily for keeping his BP normal. First he reduced the BP tablet by half and he is stopping the remaining half tablet from today. His BP is normal now.
Acidity is always accompanied with constipation. Shankar had severe Constipation from more than 10 years. He was taking a tablet for it daily. Without tablet, he was just unable to pass the feces. This issue has also improved a lot. He is not dependent on tablet for passing motion anymore. However, constipation is still there. The severity is much less. He will be free from constipation soon.
Shankar gets good hunger now. Shankar enjoys every food. Shankar is getting a deep and complete sleep. And, most importantly, Shankar is free from diseases, pains, tablets, hospital and medical expenses and worries.
Every disease that is developed after birth, can be easily reversed.
