Naveen Rawat, aged 38 years, is from Uttarakhand. He is a Chef at the famous restaurant That Andhra Guy, in Gurugram, Haryana.
Naveen had developed Polycystic Kidney Disease one year ago. This is considered as an inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop in the kidneys.
These cysts are non-cancerous sacs containing watery liquid. The cysts can grow large and many people with PKD end up with kidney failure. Naveen was taking medicines for PKD from one year. However, he was not cured from PKD.
Naveen also had higher BP, and disturbed creatinine and urea leaves due to kidney damage. Naveen was taking medicines for all these problems as well.
Naveen used Sanjeevini and made changes in his diet. He stopped eating refined foods like white rice, sugar, maida and refined oil. He stopped consuming all products containing milk. He went for long walks everyday.
Within a month, Naveen has recovered completely. He no more feels any pain associated with PKD. As he felt better, he discontinued medicines one by one. Now, he is not taking any medicine.
BP, Kidney Problems (not end stage), creatinine and urea disturbence can be easily reversed with lifestyle correction.
