DISLAIMER: THIS ARTICLE IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS, ADVICE & TREATMENT. THIS ARTICLE IS FOR ENLIGHTENEMENT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EVEN A LITTLE BIT OF DESIRE TO LIVE A GOOD LIFE.
If you have grasped the title, read further. Else, read the title till it sinks in.
The term disease basically means “inconvenience”. We get inconvenient whenever a need (essential for survival and reproduction) is not met.
For instance, when we get thirsty, we need to drink water. As long as we remain thirsty, we feel inconvenient. Water is solvent of life, all body processes and organs need water to function. As soon as we drink water, the inconvenience disappears. Infact, it is highly pleasurable when we get to drink the water after this phase of inconvenience. This pleasure feedback is body’s mechanism to signal that it is absolutely necessary to drink water when thirsty. Pleasure feedback is built in for all the things and activities necessary for survival and reproduction (more on that and how we are trapped by this sometime later). If we continuously fail to quench the thirst for some or other reason, and remain thirsty, the inconvenience intensifies. And when a point is reached beyond which body starts failing without water, severe dehydration sets in and death occurs.
In this case, it can be seen that the inconvenience is a signal of the body indicating deficiency of water. The inconvenience is not a disease; the lack of water is a disease that needs to be corrected.
Usually a healthy adult in comfortable atmosphere can survive without water for 3-7 days. 1 Going without water produces various symptoms like headaches, muscle cramps, dizziness, fatigue, etc.
If this person comes to his senses and realizes that he is not drinking enough water, and starts drinking enough water, his symptoms disappear permanently.
This is how the body works. Whenever an essential need is not met (water), the body signals it with increasing intensity (escalating thirst). If the need continues to remain unmet, the body starts breaking down (dehydration, headache, fatigue etc). If the need is met even when the body is disintegrating, it recovers completely. If the need continues to be unmet, the body reaches a point of complete failure (death). And if the need is continuously met, the body never breaks again for this reason.
You may be thinking that water deficiency can never happen. Just look at few facts from WHO and the problem of water scarcity becomes very clear.
- 785 million people lack even a basic drinking-water service, including 144 million people who are dependent on surface water.
- Globally, at least 2 billion people use a drinking water source contaminated with faeces (including me).
- By 2025, half of the world’s population will be living in water-stressed areas.
- In least developed countries, 22% of health care facilities have no water service, 21% no sanitation service, and 22% no waste management service.
We die when water is absolutely unavailable. However, in reality this hardly happens. What happens is even worst. Lots of people are having a chronic scarcity of water. This includes even so called rich people. In addition to lack of access to water, dietary factors (less greens and fruits, low fiber foods like wheat/maida/sugar/rice, dehydrating foods like sugar/coffee/tea etc), chronic diseases (like diabetes, cystic fibrosis, kidney diseases etc), long working hours, and prolonged medication use (diuretics etc) cause chronic water scarcity.
Less water intake has been proved to lead to kidney stones, obesity, constipation, diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, heart diseases, stroke, dental diseases, cancer, gallstone, glaucoma and so on.2 If you or anyone you know has suffered these symptoms, it is very likely that they have been drinking less water. Unfortunately, such a person has been ignoring thirst from many years!
--------
The above example illustrates how just a very basic unmet need for water ends in various life threatening symptoms.
There are also variants to this issue. The water if contaminated, leads to hundreds of microbial infections like cholera, typhoid, and hepatitis and so on. The water can also be contaminated with industrial effluents, plastics, pesticides etc.
---------
Various outcomes are possible. This person may realize that his water intake is less, or contaminated, and correct it. If this is the sole reason for the diseases, most of these may be resolved automatically. This person may not realize that his water intake is not meeting bodys needs, and continue to suffer these inconveniences (including diabetes and other complications). Eventually resulting in early death
Another terrible possibility is to visit a Doctor. In case the Doctor is able to diagnose and guide him to correct water intake, he will recover. But this may not happen always. The Doctor may not even realize in most cases, especially in chronic water scarcity when the person has developed serious symptoms like diabetes, eczema, obesity, cancer, high BP and so on. Have you ever heard from anyone that diabetes, cancer, eczema, etc could have been caused by chronic water deficiency? I have’t. When I tell this to friends including Doctors, they are surprised.
----
Let me summarize the meaning of this example. Our body needs water. When it’s not available, it dies. When it’s available in lesser quantity or quality, various symptoms that are called as diseases (diabetes, cancer etc) develop as body suffers and disintegrates. If water quantity and quality is restored, diseases are reversed. In some cases, the damages would have been too much and may never be reversible (for instance, kidney failure and cancer).
Let me make a claim here – THERE ARE NO DISEASES. As you can see from this example, there are only symptoms of unmet needs of the body. The sooner the symptoms are realized, it’s easier to reverse by just meeting the needs.
We also have other needs like food (many more components like vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc), rest, air, security, stability, love, care, bonding, and so on.
Thousands of symptoms and inconveniences (diseases) are manifested when the needs are unmet.
It is possible to understand our needs and meet them. Such an effort eliminates all disease and sufferings.
------
Well, this all looks very simple. You may ask, if it’s so easy to reverse the symptoms (diseases), why there are so many people still suffering. My take on this is that, there is no money in for the pharmaceuticals or doctors in making people healthy without medications. Instead there is a lot of money being made by keeping you sick. Infact, doctors thyself do not understand these issues.
---------
You will not be impressed if I just leave you with my opinions. So let me give substantial proof of reversing these so called deadly incurable diseases using no medications at all.
---------
By working on eliminating the root cause, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee has reversed type 2 diabetes, eliminated irritable bowel syndrome, lowered blood pressure without drugs, reduced menopausal symptoms naturally, improved sleep and energy levels, controlled autoimmune conditions, restored harmony to their circadian rhythms, and added years to their life in numerous people. See his superhit ted talk and youtube channel for hundreds of videos on this.
Dr. Khader Vali has been able to correct diet and lifestyle errors and cure about 128 diseases without any medication. The list includes cancer, diabetes, fits, autoimmune diseases, thyroid problems, pcod and so on.
Dr. Namrata Shah has reversed diabetes (including type 1) in thousands of people during last two decades.
There are many such examples.
YOU MAY ASK WHAT ABOUT INFECTIONS? Well, the bacteria, viruses, fungi and other infective organisms are there from billions of years. These are all around us in the air we breathe, in the soil and water, and food, on the currency notes, on the toilet seat, on the bed and tables, on the keyboard and computer, all the time. Each one of us is continuously exposed to these. Our body knows very well how to defend from these. However, when this immunity to defend goes down, these organisms start taking upper hand, resulting in full fledged infection. Hence, when our immune system is at its best, infections hardly happen. There are still chances of getting infected with some agents like HIV, even when immune system is good. However, even when HIV infects such an individual, progression of the disease is much slower and chances of recovery are higher.
In many of my patients along with reversing their autoimmune skin diseases (like psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, melasma and so on for which they consult), they end up reversing diabetes, obesity, constipation/piles/hemorrhoids/acidity, high BP, weakness, hairloss and so on. Here is the set of advises I have used to reverse hundreds of autoimmune conditions. These habits helps in meeting body’s needs.
- Eat locally grown seasonal and unrefined foods.
- Each food item digests at different speed. Avoid consuming multiple food items at once.
- Consume 1-2 kg fruit of your choice by chewing daily. Prefer local and seasonal fruits. Do not combine different fruits.
- Consume plenty of vegetables.
- If you have been eating nonvegetarian at home, consume one nonveg meal per month ONLY. Do not consume more than this. Make sure it is from locally grown animals like goat or country chicken. Do not consume eggs, chicken etc from factory farms.
- Drink water stored in a copper pot overnight.
- Include Grain, seed and lentil sprouts daily.
- Consume fermented foods like idli, dosa, amli, buttermilk from local cow milk etc regularly.
- Use unpolished Millets and their flours as staple food - Pearl millet (Bajra), Proso millet (broomcorn millet, Chena), Sorghum (Jowar), Foxtail millet (Kangni / Kakum), Kodu (Kodon), Buckwheat (Kuttu), Little millet (Moraiyo/ Kutki/ Shavan/ Sama), Finger millet (Ragi/ Nachni), Amaranth (Rajgira/ Ramdana), Barnyard (Sanwa/ Samvat ke Chawal).
- Use mud pots for cooking.
- Steaming is better than cooking. Sumuchit Steam Cooker can be used to cook steamed meals.
- Eat only when very hungry.
- Avoid eating after sunset.
- Practice a 24 hour water fast once every week.
- When unable to follow guidelines, just consume fruits as these are available everywhere.
Ø You must walk about 10,000 steps daily without fail.
Ø Do 10-20 surya namaskara yogasana in the morning.
Ø Sleep early to get complete rest.
Ø Avoid stress/conflicts/competitions/altercations/fights/harmful acts. Get out of abusive relationships.
Ø Get 1-2 hours of exposure to sunlight every day.
Ø Avoid using pressure cooker. Do not eat fried foods.
Ø Use kashaya made of Tulsi, neem, giloy, haldi etc as per availability.
Ø Positive millets can be cooked as rice (by soaking 10 hours in water), as roti, as upma or as dosa/idli etc.
AVOID THESE PRODUCTS: Medicines (except in emergency & life threatening situations), soaps, shampoos, hair dyes, perfumes, breath fresheners, deodorants, lipsticks, toothpastes and cosmetics, household pesticides, paints, detergents, air fresheners, pollutants, plastics, hormonal medications like contraceptives, steroids etc. Use chemical free natural materials.
I suggest you to visit these or any of the many such healers and ask for evidence. Interact with numerous people who have recovered by following their advice. Implement these advises and check for yourself.
