Man is a primate. His body is best suited to identify, consume, digest and utilise fruits for survival, growth and reproduction. Fruits have all nutrients in perfectly balanced quantities. Yes, just eating fruits as much as needed is best food for man. Evidence? On eating just fruits, all lifestyle, metabolic, diet related diseases (diabetes, thyroid, autoimmune diseases, allergies, pains etc) disappear and man becomes perfectly healthy. Agriculture, which is a way of multiplying seeds has introduced seeds in the diet of man. This is the main reason for most diseases. Seeds are undigestible, contains many toxins and not nutritious like fruits. This is the reason, none of the monkeys get any diseases like thyroid, diabetes, cancer etc in the wild. And they are not doing agriculture. Just plant few fruit trees and that's enough to take care of fruit diet throughout our life. No need to cook as well. Man thinks that he is cooking and making seeds (jowar, rice, wheat ragi ...) digestible. The seeds are becoming soft but the digestive system has not changed from fruit eating to seed eating. I have been eating cooked food one time daily from about 3 months. And rest of the day having just fruits. My body and mind is experiencing lot of positive changes. In my patients who are having more fruits, healing is much rapid too.
And yes, everything I learnt in home, society, schools and colleges and books about food is wrong.
Like to confirm what I say?
Just start eating any fruit of your choice. Have about one kg per day. Have different fruits daily. Don't eat fruit before, with or after cooked food. Have fruit separately. Have one fruit at a time. Eat local and seasonal fruits. And check for yourself.
