Erappa was here today.
Erappa Nagappa Pujari, aged about 60 years, is a shepherd from Nagaral village of Chincholi Taluka, Kalaburagi.
About 3 months ago, he approached me. Erappa was diagnosed with diabetes. Both his fasting and post food intake sugar level were high. His HbA1c value was above 10. He had lost weight, feeling weak and developed joint pains allover the body. Because of this he had stopped herding goats.
I helped Erappa in correcting his diet and lifestyle.
Within 3 months, his fasting sugar level has reached normal, HbA1c has come down to 5 (normal) and post food blood sugar level is coming down as well. His Doctor has reduced the dose of tablets. Within one more month, all his tablets will be stopped too.
Normal HbA1c and fasting sugar levels indicate that Erappa is no more diabetic. His joint pains have also reduced totally. Erappa has gained weight and looks healthy now.
Erappa has started working again. He herds goats, does some farm work and runs a small grocery stor. He is now starting all works slowly.
Diabetes reversal is very easy.
