COCONUT MILK

Savitri prepares coconut milk daily morning for chocolate drinks & sweets.


One of the biggest disasters in mankind's history is the consumption of milk and milk products.


Milk products consumption has skyrocketed. But physical activity has gone down tremendously. So, the milk we consume is not at all digested.


In addition to this, most of the milk we get nowadays is adulterated or contaminated with antibiotics, pesticides etc.


Milk consumption causes, triggers or worsens serious health issues like obesity, bone loss, constipation, gastric acidity, many cancers, high cholesterol, diabetes, iron deficiency, ovarian cancer, cataract, food allergies, piles, sinus infections, joint pains, autoimmune diseases, migraines, menstrual cramps, weakness, infertility, allergies to dust/pollens/household items, gas and stomach pain, leukemia and so on the list goes.


Thousands of scientific studies have been published proving all these effects of consuming milk.


That's why I suggest using buttermilk, which does not have lactose or its very very less. Buttermilk is already digested. Curd can be had in small quantities too. Ghee can be had occasionally (never daily). But milk and products directly made with milk are nothing but poisonous.


If you must use milk or like milk made recipes, switch to coconut milk. It is very easy to prepare. It overcomes all the health issues associated with cow or buffalo milk. Just grate the coconut and squeeze the milk with a clean and dry muslin cloth. The milk comes out very easily. With some trials, you will master the proper cooking with coconut milk.
