Toxins build up in the body when the body's natural detoxification processes are overwhelmed. This can happen due to a number of factors, including unhealthy diet, environmental exposure, and lifestyle choices.
Just like every machine accumulates wastes everyday, our body also accumulates wastes every moment. A regular cleansing is necessary to remove these wastes. Else, the body breaks down with the load of the wastes and get sick. This is one of the most important reason for explosion of lifestyle diseases in recent years.
Detoxification is not a new phenomenon. Many traditional practices like fasting, oil bath, proscription, seasonal dietary practices etc were aimed at eliminating as well as preventing the accumulation of toxins in our body.
Sources of toxins for our body are:
Food and water: Consuming contaminated food or water, or drinking from plastic or Styrofoam containers
Air: Breathing in polluted air
Products: Using products that contain chemicals, such as soaps, shampoos, deodorants, cosmetics, and sunscreens
Lifestyle: Smoking, drinking alcohol, and stress
Electromagnetic frequencies: Exposure to electromagnetic frequencies
Symptoms of toxin accumulation
Fatigue
Acne or rashes
Constipation
Aches and pains
Joint inflammation

Mast cell overreaction

After trying, experimenting and exploring many ways, we found out the minimal practically feasible, easy to do home-based detoxification of our body. Castor oil is one of the main component of this method. This method is so effective that we started providing genuine castor oils for our clients. Hundreds of people detoxified and have healed from chronic lifestyle diseases.
Home based detoxification involves 3 simple steps:
1. Using Castor Oil : For preventing diseases, every week, once, drink 20 ml of castor oil. Stay home. You will get motions few times. This completely evacuates the digestive system. If you have diseases, taking 5 ml castor oil daily night with dinner for months is useful.
4 rules for using castor oil
a. Always use hexane free, authentic, unrefined castor oil.
b. Castor oil can be easily extracted at home. Learn to do it yourself.
c. Store castor oil in a dry and dark place.
d. While some consider castor oil for labour induction, it's crucial to avoid it altogether during pregnancy. This is because it can trigger premature contractions, potentially harming both mother and baby.
2. Dietary Rules (implement one by one, as many as possible)
Stop consuming everything made with maida (refined wheat flour).
Stop consuming everything made with sugar.
Replace white sugar with organic jaggery.
Stop consuming milk in any form.
Buttermilk can be taken daily, curds occasionally and ghee has to be consumed on festivals.
Replace white polished rice with unpolished rice (brown, red or black). Everything you cook with white polished rice can be cooked with unpolished rice.
Replace refined cooking oil with cold pressed cooking oil from a local oil mill. You can use any cold pressed cooking oil of your choice.
Do not take Carbonated Drinks, Tobacco, Alcohol, Salty Foods, Old Pickles, Street Food, Junk Food, Stale Food, Fast Food & Hotel Foods. It is fine to eat these foods occasionally during events, festivals or travel, but not every day.
Consume your local & seasonal cereals like Jowar, Ragi, Bajra, Millets, Unpolished Rice (Brown, Red Or Black). It is not necessary to use all these cereals. Consume the traditionally grown cereals of your region.
Consume all locally and seasonally grown Vegetables and fruits.
Use locally grown dals. Do not cook daily with the same dal. Maintain a rotation. Cook dals in open pots and remove the froth that forms during cooking.
Nonveg foods like eggs, chicken, mutton, fish, etc should be taken once a week only. Do not eat factory grown chicken and eggs.
Practice fasting. Whenever you have any disease or discomfort, avoid cooked foods.
Eat only when hungry.
Pressure cooker, refrigerator, mixer, microwave ovens and such equipment destroy nutrients in foods. Avoid or minimise using these equipment.
Cook on low flame to preserve nutrients.
Cook in mud pots to get maximum benefits.
Take Lemon, Honey, Green or Ginger Tea or Kashaya instead of milk tea/coffee.
Take dinner before 8 PM.
3. Lifestyle Rules (implement one by one, as many as possible)
Go for walking daily morning and evening for one hour. Start as much as you can and increase daily by 1 minute. Within a few weeks, you will develop strength to walk daily. Do 20 minutes yogasana after walking.
If you cannot walk, practice yogasana.
Do not involve in illegal activities.
Stay away from politics, unless you are a politician.
Do not participate in negative behaviours like overwork, fights, greed, conflicts, revenges & unnecessary troubles.
Do not eat if you are not hungry.
Eat freshly cooked home food.
Instead of harsh soaps and shampoos, use besan for bathing & Shikakai for washing hair.
Use tooth powder in the morning and after dinner to clean the mouth, gums, tongue & teeth.
Always go for traditional and natural home remedies for minor health issues.
