Around 2018, we took a major decision - Never to go out after sunset for any works! And we have achieved this successfully. This brought tremendous peace and well-being for us.

Everything you see in this image and everything you don't see, is just another form of sunlight - including the moon!
Everything you see in this image and everything you don't see, is just another form of sunlight - including the moon!

Sunshine is life. Sun is the supreme God in all religions.

As sunshine falls on our skin - it is converted to Vitamin D - this takes care of the formation of our bones - bones work as the pillars for all other 77 organs in the body - all the organs are either attached inside the bones or on the bones - blood cells are formed inside the bone marrow - the blood cells supply oxygen, water and nutrients to all the 35 trillion cells in our body - blood takes care of formation, maintenance, repair and replacement of every cell. Without sunshine, all of this just don't happen.

Do you know? Suicide is highest on those days when sunshine is lowest. It's a global phenomenon. All diseases worsen in winters and gets better in summer. You will feel much less hunger in summer as your body gets energy directly from sunshine.

Every form of energy on earth is just a modified version of sunlight.

Every life form on earth survives directly and indirectly through sunlight.

I observed that mental and physically health is directly related to how much healthy sunlight exposure we get. People working under sunshine are physically healthy & mentally strong.

Scientific studies have showed that as a person is confined to darkness, following changes happen

  • "Seeing" in the dark: humans can perceive their own hand movements even in complete darkness, suggesting the brain still process some visual information even without light input. But this works only when you get sunshine before and after darkness.

  • Creativity boost: darkness or dim lighting promote creative thinking by allowing for a more open and exploratory mental state, potentially freeing individuals from constraints associated with bright light. But this works only when you are already exposed to healthy levels of sunlight. The creativity is reduced if you continue to remain in darkness!

  • Moral behavior and anonymity: darkness lead to increased dishonest behavior.

  • Impact on circadian rhythm: Darkness plays a crucial role in regulating the body's natural sleep-wake cycle by triggering melatonin production, the hormone responsible for sleepiness.

  • Psychological effects: Experiencing a dark night sky positively influence mental health by fostering a sense of connection to nature, awe, and overall well-being.

Can you see a connection between darkness and bad/wrong/illegal/dangerous behaviours? Nature has programmed humans to sleep after sunset. But, we continue to roam with artificial lights. And end up with all kinds of crimes and dangerous behaviors against self and others.

Rates of corruption is higher during night shifts due to reduced supervision, increased isolation, and the general disruption of circadian rhythms which lead to decreased decision-making ability and increased susceptibility to unethical behavior in employees working during those hours

Me and my wife Savitri are born and raised in Hyderabad-Karnataka region which has plain and tropical geography. Here, sun shines everyday of the year. Because we were born here, we experienced that our mental health will be best possible if we live in this region. So, after this realization, we chose to live the rest of our life in this geographical area.

Because there is no alternative for Sunshine, we chose to live in a large open space of a farm. So that we get sunlight daily! And this has really done tremendous miracles.

In every part of the world - there is a age-old ritual of applying castor oil on the head and entire body of the newborn child, followed by exposure to sunlight. This has both spiritual as well as health basis. A child gets connected with nature by exposing to sunshine. The bones develop well too.

Urban people consider themselves rich. However, as your earnings & property increases, your life gets confined to cities, cars, lifts, buildings and indoor spaces. As you get richer in-terms of money, you will get less sunshine! There cannot be a bigger poverty than this - not getting sunshine.

Do you know, what is the worst form of punishment invented ever - keeping a person in the dark room. It's called "solitary confinement". Every organ, every system, every courage is shaken and damaged with this simple act of blocking sunshine exposure. This damages the person so much that he fails to remember even what's truth and what's lie after that.

The soil, water, air, minerals, plants, insects, animal kingdom and everything that is there on earth has arrived either from the sun directly or formed through the sunlight mediated reactions.

Go out everyday and get connected to the Sun. He belongs to you. You are from him. You cannot be without him.
