When I follow a daily routine to nourish & enrich my body and mind - my body and mind automatically takes care of all the aspects of my entire life.

At our home, we all have an individual daily routine. This we follow everyday. It's disturbed a little only when we travel or when we have a guest. Even then, we try to maintain the routine as much as possible.

Look at my daily routine:

I found that having a daily routine is the best way to have peace, freedom and health. As long as we are in a structured routine life like in a hostel as a student, in a job as an employee, in a jail as an inmate and so on; our mental and physical health remains good.

Daily routine is essential as it takes care of all the needs of our life:

  1. Our body needs sunshine, clean air, movement, load, sweating, contact with water and earth everyday. This is taken care with my gardening works. You should have a daily outdoor physical activity. If you are in a sitting job, you must go out for 2-3 hours daily morning.

  2. Our mind needs creative works. This is again taken care by the creativity involved in the gardening. In addition, I create many other works like sheds, blogs, books, articles, pamphlets, innovative solutions for health problems, innovative ways of living and so on. These creative works keeps my mental health good. Find something that you like to create and just do it daily. Remember that this is solely done for yourself. Don't confuse your job with your creativity.

  3. As humans, we have an innate need to know what is life? Though, its impossible to find an answer, we go on trying it seems. This satisfies our need for imagination, mysticism, curiosity, spirituality, metaphysics and so on. I take care of this through reading and writing Philosophy. Read a few pages of philosophy daily.

That's all is necessary to do I believe. Because, after many years of developing and maintaining this routine, my life has been extremely peaceful.

As I live in a routine today; every coming day is automatically taken care of.

Good Day
