Cow Milk is not digested by humans completely. This leads to various diseases. This is the reason that I suggest quitting milk as the first step in healing your entire body. Milk is not a food. Milk is a drug. Once milk is converted to curd, churned and butter is removed, it's broken down and diluted. So, buttermilk is the best and only good dairy food that is suitable for daily intake. Historically, buttermilk is the most commonly consumed form of milk. Milk was not consumed daily anywhere in the entire world.
We have switched to plant based milk. Millet man of India Dr. Khader Vali & Dr. BM Hegde are against all forms of dairy products. He recommends to use plant based milks.
Dr. BM Hegde said : In case the breast milk is inadequate, other human milk, if available, is good enough but not cow’s milk! Instead the baby could be given fruit juices and cereals in an easily digestible form. This could avoid many other diseases in later life, like autoimmune diseases.
