TOOTH CARE

Our mouth has teeth, tongue, gums, inside of cheek and roof of mouth. These perform various functions like chewing food, sipping liquids, talking etc.

When we eat food, some particles are stuck between teeth and other gaps in the mouth. As time passes, bacteria and other small organisms grow rapidly on these and leads to deposition of plaques and tooth decay, cavities, tooth erosion, sensitivity etc.

Unfortunately, toothpaste and toothbrushes further increase the problems. Toothbrushes are designed to clean only teeth. Toothbrush erodes the upper tough layer called enamel. Toothpaste contains harsh detergents like SDS and other industrial chemicals that are really now necessary.

The teeth gets blood supply, nerve connection, foundation and everything from the jaws. Jaws are covered by gums. If you take care of the gums, all tooth problems will be prevented.

Just like every person has a slightly different skin color, every person's teeth will have its own natural color, ranging from yellowish to brownish. This is absolutely normal.

White teeth are rare. Toothpaste companies have created a misconception about white teeth to sell their products.

So, the best way to take care of teeth is to take care of the entire oral cavity. Use a powder (I have included the link below for purchase). Take powder on your left palm, using the middle finger of the right hand (reverse if you are left handed), apply tooth powder on gums, teeth, tongue, below tongue, roof of mouth. Massage gently for a minute with the same finger. Swish with water and spit 3 times. If you have eaten something that is stuck in your mouth or you feel there are food deposits between teeth, after using tooth powder, use an ultra sensitive toothbrush (no toothpaste) and gently clean for a few seconds. That's enough.

Cleaning your mouth before going to bed is absolutely necessary. Because when we sleep at night, bacteria damage our teeth due to leftover food particles. So, clean the mouth with tooth powder, two times a day, before going to bed and after getting up in the morning.

Use dental floss 2 times a week or whenever you feel that something is stuck in the teeth.

If your teeth already have cavities or other serious problems, go to the dentist and get it treated. Because, once teeth problems start, it is very difficult to reverse.

Using tooth powder, you can heal all minor gum diseases, bad smell, bleeding gums, sensitivity, and small cavities.

Follow the diet and lifestyle guidance and you will be able to prevent future teeth problems.

When babies start eating solid foods, oral care should be started for them as well. This powder is suitable for children as well. Use tiny quantities as children don't spit. Once children spit properly, use a good amount of toothpowder. They will never get tooth & gum problems.

A good toothpowder is one that has no or mild taste and flavours. It cures all minor gums and tooth problems. When you use it in night, you should not have foul smell in the mouth next morning. Also, a good powder does not cause any irritation. This should be suitable for use by everyone, including children.

After testing more than 20 brands, I found UDAYAM TOOTH POWDER to be a good option. You can buy it here. https://meghasherbocare.com/product/udayam-tooth-powder/
