THE SITUATION OF NAGARAJ
Nagaraj Suragihalli, aged 41 years, a native of Haveri, is now a Senior Vice President at Yes Bank in Mumbai.
Nagaraj got Psoriasis in 2015. First it was on scalp and then it spread slowly over the body.
By 2016, Psoriasis worsened. Nagaraj used Allopathic treatment. The symptoms were reduced, but psoriasis was not cured.
In 2017, Nagaraj went for Ayurvedic treatment. Within 6 months, Psoriasis from the entire body was completely eliminated with Ayurveda.
In 2018, new Psoriasis lesions started on scalp and spread over the body. This time, Nagaraj went for Homeopathy. For him homeopathy did not help in overcoming Psoriasis.
But a solution was necessary. So, Nagaraj went for Allopathy again.
THE SITUATION OF RENUKA
Renuka Suragihalli, is aged 41 years, a native of haveri, is a home maker and has been long married to Nagaraj. Renuka & Nagaraj are a happy couple.
Renuka developed multiple serious health problems.
By 2018, Renuka had become obese, developed Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sleep Loss, Chronic Acidity, and Migraine Headaches.
For almost 2 years, up to July 2020, Renuka was getting various treatments for her issues. However, complete recovery was not happening.
NAGARAJ & RENUKA STARTED HEALING JOURNEY
In 2019, based on suggestion of a friend, Nagaraj approached me. And started his healing journey. Nagaraj started using Sanjeevini for cleansing and healing the tough Psoriasis lesions. Renuka also joined Nagaraj in healing journey in 2020.
Gradually, they made following lifestyle improvements were made:
Having dinner early
Maintaining eating discipline
Discontinued brown addictions like tea, coffee & soft drinks
Gave up milk and milk products (not buttermilk, curd & ghee)
Shifted to cold pressed cooking oil
Gradually adopted positive millets based diet
Children were also weaned from milk, sugar, wheat, maida, refined oil, white rice, junk & packed foods, toor dal.
Now, every food is millet based, coconut milk is used instead of packed milk, palm jiggery is used instead of white sugar, cold pressed oil is used instead of refined cooking oil, mud pots are preferred for cooking, all vegetables and fruits are consumed routinely.
A conscious effort was made to stop allopathic medicines.
Now, home remedies, or simple ayurvedic preparations are used whenever any health issue arises.
Nagaraj & Renuka goes daily for walking and exercise.
NAGARAJ HEALS
Initially, the Psoriasis healing was very slow.
With time, new changes and discipline Psoriasis healed. New lesion formation stopped. Still some marks are there on the body, especially from oldest and biggest lesions.
Last year, Nagaraj shifted from Bengaluru to Mumbai for work. During winters, new Psoriais lesions started forming. This is due to new location and may be due to increased stress in adopting. But, these new lesions healed completely.
Nagaraj goes for exercise regularly. He runs about 3 to 6 kilometers daily. Nagaraj completed a 10 km marathon. He is now aiming for Half Marathon (21 km) and subsequently a full marathon (42 km).
Nagaraj may never get severe Psoriasis again. He is also protected from the serious effects of long-term Psoriasis like Psoriatic Arthritis.
RENUKA HEALS
From 68, Renuka’s weight has lowered to 52 kg.
Rheumatoid Arthritis Joint pains have totally stopped.
Renuka gets a good sleep now.
Migraine Headaches frequency, duration & intensity have reduced tremendously. But she still gets headache sometimes. Unfortunately, Renuka drinks less water. This leads to acidity & headaches. Now, we are focusing on improving her water intake. In few weeks, she will be free from headaches as well.
