REVERSING DIABETES IS EASIER THAN BREATHING


I did a Google search for the keyword “Diabetes”?


Ok. So, diabetes happens when there is too much glucose (sugar) in our blood. Or we can say, there are diseases called diabetes that lead to too much glucose in the blood.


I did a Google Search “what is the source of blood sugar?”

The answer is simple and straightforward. The glucose in our blood comes from the food. The air we breathe or water we drink does not add glucose to our blood. Sole source of glucose into our blood is the food we eat. If our body takes glucose from food, it means that glucose is needed for our body.


So, I asked Google “what is the role of glucose in our body?”

Note that glucose is a number one food for our brain and entire body. It means that glucose is used as a fuel for the work done by our body.


Surviving and reproduction is the main work of our body. It means that we cannot survive or reproduce without glucose! Humans have been living for millions of years. Our body very well knows how to obtain glucose when needed, store when excess, use when necessary, transport wherever required and remove when it's excess. Otherwise, the human body would not have successfully survived and reproduced from millions of years!


Because glucose can only come from our food & glucose is used by our entire body; when we eat more glucose than our body can store and use, glucose level will increase in our blood. Very simple. Very very simple.


This means that diabetes is nothing but eating more glucose than necessary!


I did a Google search “main symptoms of diabetes”

In people with diabetes, there is excessive thirst as well as urination. It means that our body is removing the excess glucose in blood through urine. To do this, more urine is produced by drinking more water. It means that our body is just throwing out the excessive glucose from blood into urine. So, the urine of diabetics smells and tastes sweeter (see below image)! Infact tasting urine was used for diagnosis of diabetes before equipment were developed!


Now, let's get a little scientific. The glucose in our food is absorbed during digestion and sent to the liver. From the liver, the glucose is sent into blood. Pancreas gland releases a hormone called insulin, that opens the channels for entry of the glucose into cells. Inside the cells, the glucose is utilized for its activity. This glucose is completely used up when our body is working maximum. If our body is working less, the glucose is stored as fat in the cells. If we continue to eat more glucose, the storage inside cells also reaches its limits. After reaching maximum glucose storage limits, the glucose channel on cells doesn't open when the pancreas produces insulin. This is called insulin resistance.


I did a Google search for “what causes insulin resistance?”

See that “being inactive” is the cause of insulin resistance.


It means that when you eat more and sit more, your cells are filled with glucose, which leads to insulin resistance and your blood glucose remains higher continuously.


The equation for getting diabetes is as below:


Eating more glucose + spending less glucose (sitting more) = Increased glucose in cells = space is used up and glucose from blood cannot enter cells = insulin resistance = increased blood sugar (Diabetes)


I suggest two corrections for diabetics to change the equation. The new equation will be :


Eating less glucose + spending more glucose (sitting less) = cell glucose is used up = space is created for storage of new glucose = increased insulin sensitivity = normal blood sugar ( No Diabetes)


When you walk, the cells in your entire body start working by using the stored glucose. The stored glucose is used up. The cells regain sensitivity to insulin and the glucose channels open. The blood glucose will start entering into the cells. This brings the blood glucose to normal. This is the reason for walking being more effective for diabetes than any medicine.


I did a Google search for “walking vs metformin for diabetes”

Many research studies have proved that walking and eating less glucose is much more effective than taking medicines for diabetes. I have guided hundreds of people to reverse diabetes with this simple approach. Also, the medicines for diabetes produce severe side effects.


Change in diet is very very simple. Totally avoid maida, sugar and milk. Eat when hungry. Walking as much as possible and increasing duration and intensity by one minute daily! That's all.


Diabetes is not a disease. Diabetes is just a diagnosis of high blood sugar. Higher blood sugar is solely due to eating more glucose and sitting more. As soon as you change these behaviors, you are free from diabetes.
