You have asthma if you have been experiencing shortness of breath, cough, chest tightness or pain, wheeze (a whistling sound when you breathe) or frequently wake up at night feeling choked.
Asthma is called an incurable disease.
There are three problems in your airways when you have asthma: Swelling inside the airways, Excess mucus clogs the airways & Muscles tighten and squeeze around the airways.
This swelling, clogging, and muscle tightening makes your airways smaller or narrower. This makes it harder for air to flow easily through your airways, and it becomes harder to breathe. This causes asthma symptoms, also known as an asthma episode, flare-up, or attack. It can happen at any time.
Mild symptoms may only last a few minutes while more severe asthma symptoms can last hours or days. Breathing becomes difficult and stressful, like trying to breathe through a straw stuffed with cotton.
The standard treatment for Asthma is a medication for opening the windpipe, a tablet, a pump or a nebulizer.
Asthmatics are advised to avoid the triggers like infections (like colds and flu), allergies (pollen, dust mites, animal fur or feathers), smoke, fumes and pollution, medicines (particularly anti-inflammatory painkillers like ibuprofen and aspirin), emotions, including stress, or laughter, weather (such as sudden changes in temperature, cold air, wind, thunderstorms, heat and humidity), mold or dampness & exercise.
What a dumb advice is this? It's just not possible to avoid these things. We are surrounded by all these things all the time.
I was asthmatic from infancy. I struggled for 20 years and took every treatment and steps to avoid the triggers. I was not able to avoid any of these triggers. Infact it’s impossible for anybody to avoid all these. These can be avoided only after death!
I was using so much of my energy in avoiding all these things. I was not cured. My asthma got worse with every year.
Then I gave up listening to all this advice. And started doing what I thought were healthy practices.
I went to play in the field without bothering about dust.
I ate everything, including ice-cream in winter.
I went for a walk in the morning without bothering about rain or cold.
I stopped searching for medicines and home remedies.
With every passing day, Asthma got better. I could walk more and more. And asthma disappeared completely.
The walking increased the entry of oxygen into my lungs that promoted cleaning of lungs, this unclogged the airways, this decreased the mucus, and eventually when lungs were cleaned enough, asthma stopped.
My allergies to dust, cold weather, mites, pollens, spiders etc also decreased tremendously. I hardly have any of these allergies now.
I don't have to do all the circus to avoid triggers anymore.
Just walk as much as you can. Walk daily. Walk morning and evening if possible. But morning walk is best as air is cleaner and sunlight is available too. When you start, distance and speed don't matter at all. After every week or so, push yourself a little. As and when you feel comfortable; increase the duration by a few minutes, distance by a few hundred meters or speed as per your convenience. Nothing bad will happen to you. Within a few months, asthma and allergies will be gone.
And don’t forget to implement dietary and lifestyle changes I have suggested. If you wish to get even better results, use Sanjeevini. But it’s not a must!
If you are a smoker, that habit will disappear as you get better.
This is how hundreds of people have reversed Asthma with my support.
If you are a smoker, or don't exercise, or in a sitting job, or frequently get allergies, you have high chances of getting asthma. Just get out and walk. You will never get asthma.
