Ramesh GN, aged 38 years, an IT Professional from Bengaluru.
About 6 years ago, Ramesh was diagnosed with cancer growth in a blood vessel between heart and lung. A part of the lung was also affected.
Ramesh went for an immediate surgery as the cancer was life threatening. A right decision in that situation.
Unfortunately, surgery did not happen as planned. The surgery was estimated to cost 3 to 4 lakh. The surgery was estimated to last for less than half an hour. However, the surgery took more than 4 hours, and needed special equipment. Ramesh was awake during the entire surgery & seeing it on the screen. Because the surgery was getting delayed, everyone, including Ramesh, believed that he may not survive the surgery. But it all ended miraculously. He survived. Doctors did an amazing job.
Ramesh's wife & family had been waiting outside. She was ready to pay the estimated cost. However, the bill was 10 lakh rupees. A jump of 7 lakhs over the estimated cost of surgery. The cost increased as surgery was prolonged too much and more equipment was needed.
But Ramesh's family did not have any money over the estimated amount. They have arranged to pay an estimated cost of 3-4 lakhs only.
Fortunately, Ramesh's colleagues at his office came to know about this situation. They created a fund and donated the 7 lakhs to cover his bills.
Surgery was followed by Chemotherapy to clear any remaining cancer cells.
Ramesh underwent 2 major surgeries. A large area of the lung that was affected was removed by surgery. This creates a hollowness in the chest.
Surgery went well, Chemotherapy was done, bills were paid too. It was all fine till this time.
However, as days passed, it became a huge burden for Ramesh in many ways.
The entire treatment, diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy had cost about 36 lakhs. This was a very huge financial burden for Ramesh. Don't be scared by this cost. It is not applicable to you.
Ramesh had to undergo routine checkup. There was a continuous scare in the family during every checkup.
Everyone around Ramesh was just talking about cancer and things happening with him related to cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Ramesh is a spiritual person. However, all this has caused a lot of fears and negativity and depression in his life.
Ramesh had no other source of income. Ramya, his homemaker wife and a young son were dependent on him. They also went through so much during this time. Nobody was saying that Ramesh will be completely free from cancer. So, everything felt threatened all the time.
Slowly, Ramesh was disgusted by the hospital trips, medicines, idea of surgery & chemotherapy, regular tests & diagnosis, an ever looming threat of recurrence of cancer, constant talk about cancer by everyone & everywhere, the expenses, lack of assurance of ever getting cancer free and so on.
This all continued till 2023. Ramesh approached me. He explained most of the issues that happened during the last 5 years. I listened to everything he said. Ramesh wanted to be completely free from cancer and all the burdens around it. I said, why not? Let's do it. When you want to do it, there is nothing to stop you.
We started addressing the issues one by one. Most urgent issues were addressed first. But, every issue is to be considered equally important.
HERE IS HOW IT WENT
I suggested strict diet changes. Ramesh shifted to a positive millet based diet. Gave up milk, wheat, rice, sugar and started cooking with cold pressed oil.
Ramesh stopped eating any food that was not prepared at his home. He was already practicing this and made it more rigorous.
Ramesh started walking. He was already doing yogasana. Now he is walking and yogasana on alternate days. He easily walks for 3+ kilometers now.
Ramesh started taking Sanjeevini. The cleansing effect of Sanjeevini had a tremendous healing effect on his body.
Ramesh was triggered by the word CANCER. Because everyone was just talking about cancer all the time, he was constantly feeling a fear inside. I suggested he stop using the word CANCER. Ramesh stopped using the CANCER word. This had a very positive effect. He is no more triggered by the discussions around cancer.
Ramesh was unable to sleep properly for years. I suggested he do reverse counting. I have developed the reverse counting technique to help a person who doesn't get sleep. When we do reverse counting, the brain has to focus its entire energy on it, because reverse counting is difficult. Somewhere in the middle of reverse counting, other thoughts stop and sleep starts. Reverse counting worked like magic for him.
Ramesh still had a constant flow of negative thoughts all the time as he has undergone so much due to cancer. I suggested he listen to Louise Hays affirmations daily. This transformed Ramesh's negativity. Instead of negative thoughts, he gets normal thoughts. And a lot of positive thinking has developed during the last 6 months.
Ramesh is no longer taking any medicine for cancer. He is also not interested in routine checkup as he is feeling normal.
Just to confirm, Ramesh went for a CT Scan last month. The report showed that there is no more cancer growth or any other problem around the operated site. His blood tests are also perfectly normal.
As day passed, by evening, Ramesh's legs and feet were getting colder. This was very intriguing. Ramesh was sitting all day in a Padmasana posture on the floor for his work on the laptop. I had a detailed discussion and after a lot of thinking about it, identified that this posture was blocking free flow of blood. He stopped sitting in Padmasana posture. Now, his feet are not getting colder!
Ramesh had developed confusion and forgetfulness. I trained him about using a pocket checklist. Every task that he needs to do, he enters in the diary, immediately when he gets the thought about it. Everyday he checks his diary a few times and attends to the listed tasks. This way, all his pending tasks have been completed. And all tasks are attended to. By the end of the day, he feels satisfied as no task is pending anymore! This habit has eliminated confusions and procrastination from his life.
I have suggested Ramesh to use herbal anti-cancer preparation by Dr. Shyamsundar Joshi. He will be using a low dose of it, so that any traces of cancer will be removed and recurrence can be prevented.
At one point, Ramesh was scared of the word CANCER. However, he now talks with people about cancer. He tries to show them that there are natural and simple ways to deal with cancer and other issues surrounding cancer.
Ramya has always stayed with Ramesh during all these times. She cooked whatever foods were suggested for him. She was with him during all the times and totally supportive. Cancer, when in advanced stages or when it affects vital organs of the body, creates havoc on the family. Huge expenses, daily medications, side effects, uncertainty, etc creates so many emotional disturbances for the entire family. But natural, herbal and simpler remedies can be tried first. A patient has to focus on understanding his disease instead of just getting scared. There are always simpler, economical and effective alternative healing methods available. If it's life threatening, surgery or Chemotherapy is a must. All other cancers can be benefited from alternative approaches. After surgery, for reducing side effects, improving recovery, preventing recurrence of cancer, lifestyle changes, herbal anti-cancer preparations & Sanjeevini will be very useful. Alternative healing methods cost very very less.
I was very happy to get a call from Ramesh last month. He informed me that he has got promoted in the office. Isn't that amazing? Also, he said that he is breathing effortlessly now and not feeling heaviness during breathing. This indicates a deeper healing!
Ramesh survived through cancer and healed from various issues created by this disease. And he is now thriving. He is enjoying his new lifestyle, the transformation & aims to never get any disease again. I also see that he has no chance of getting any disease again. Cancer has no chance to come near him again. He is no longer the same Ramesh. Ramesh is transformed forever.
Ramesh is now focusing on deeper healing. I am guiding him to practice intermittent fasting and advanced yoga asanas.
