I HEALED FROM SNORING SO EASILY

I had snoring from the age of 26. It was occasional. As I aged, snoring became frequent. By the age of 30, I was snoring everyday. I snored at night as well as in daytime naps. I snored even while sleeping in the Bus!

When I started making changes like cleansing with oils, minimising smoking & drinking, avoiding junk food, daily excercise and so on. Snoring reduced. And was totally gone. Now I don't have any snoring! Totally free.


Daily snoring is not a disease. Daily noring is just a symptom of wrong lifestyle. If snoring is associated with disease, it goes after you heal from that disease like flu, sinusitis etc. But most of the snoring is due to wrong diet, lifestyle errors and sedentary lifestyle.


Snoring occurs when airflow through the mouth and nose is partially obstructed during sleep, causing the surrounding tissues to vibrate. Here’s a list of common causes:

1. Nasal Congestion - Blocked nasal passages from colds, allergies, or sinus infections can force breathing through the mouth, leading to snoring.

2. Obesity - Excess weight, especially around the neck, can put pressure on the airway, narrowing it and causing vibrations.

3. Sleeping Position - Sleeping on your back can cause the tongue and soft tissues to collapse to the back of the throat, obstructing airflow.

4. Alcohol or Sedatives - These relax the muscles in the throat and tongue, increasing the likelihood of airway blockage.

5. Anatomy of the Mouth/Throat - A thick or low soft palate, enlarged tonsils, or a long uvula can narrow the airway and contribute to snoring.

6. Age - As people get older, throat muscles tend to lose tone, making snoring more common.

7. Sleep Apnea - A more serious condition where the airway repeatedly collapses, causing loud snoring followed by pauses in breathing.

8. Smoking - It irritates and inflames the upper airway, leading to swelling that can restrict airflow.

9. Deviated Nasal Septum - A crooked partition between the nostrils can obstruct airflow, triggering snoring.

10. Pregnancy - Hormonal changes and weight gain can increase tissue swelling in the airway, sometimes causing snoring.

11. Chronic Fatigue - Extreme tiredness can lead to deeper sleep and more relaxed throat muscles, amplifying snoring.

12. Medications - Certain drugs, like muscle relaxants, can loosen airway muscles, contributing to the problem.


Instead of searching for medicines and other solutions for snoring - improve your lifestyle. Snoring will automatically disappear.
