Sitting is more dangerous than smoking. Multiple research studies have proved that sitting long hours is extremely damaging for the body. Go for long walking in the morning and evening. Start your work with a glass of water. Do not sit continuously for more than 45 minutes. Dump the television - it has already installed an idiot in you. Be mindful of smartphone use.
